OESK = 75% corn 20% rye, and 5% malted barley. This corn base provides the sweetness while the yeast strain used in this single barrel provides a slight spice. Dried fruit, spice and mild oak flavors round out this cask strength bourbon. Hand selected with limited bottles available.
